Down To The Wood, Lyndhurst
Our original shop is situated in Lyndhurst, ancient capital of The New Forest, at the top of the High Street by the traffic lights
The New Forest is situated in central southern England* in a triangle between Southampton, Bournemouth and Salisbury. There is good access by road and by train. London is less than two hours away.
By Road:
From London and the North, on the M3 Southbound
At the junction with the M27 follow the signs to Bournemouth and The West
Leave the M27 at Junction 1 (signposted New Forest) and take A337 to Lyndhurst
By Train:
Brockenhurst is well served by direct train services from London (1¾ hours), the Midlands and the North.
By Boat:
After rounding the Needles off the Isle of Wight, enter the Solent past Hurst Castle, Immediately to port is the small harbour of Keyhaven, or 4 miles later Lymington, then Beaulieu, or Southampton

Down To The Wood, Bath
Our new shop is situated in the heart of Bath, just north of the Abbey
Bath is situated in South West England* and has been famous for visitors since Roman times
By Road:
From London head out on the M4 and you won't miss it
Whichever way you come parking in Bath is a nightmare, try the very good park & rides. (If you do drive in you can waste some money on the parking, then even more by being caught in one of their 'bus lane traps')
By Train:
Bath is well served by direct train services from London and the station is in the south of the city
By Boat:
Well, you'll have to try and get up the river Severn, but watch out for the Severn Bore!

*England is a small country that used to be famous and is situated off the coast of Europe, in the Northern Hemisphere. Please note it is not an American state.
